The Quantum Photonics 2025 conference, scheduled for May 13-14 in Erfurt, Germany, has set its program. The event aims to convene leading international researchers, industry players, and decision-makers in the fields of quantum and photonics technologies.
The congress will feature an opening keynote by Professor Jaw-Shen Tsai from Tokyo University of Science. The program is structured around four application-focused tracks: Quantum for Cyber Security, Quantum meets AI, Quantum for Instrumentation and Measurement, and Quantum for Mobility. Each track will include a dedicated keynote and practice-oriented presentations.
Key speakers include Dr. Mario Krenn from the Max Planck Institute, who will address quantum technology and AI, and Dr. Sebastian Schmitt from Fraunhofer IOF, focusing on instrumentation and measurement. Bundesdruckerei is also confirmed to present in the Quantum for Cyber Security forum.
Alongside the conference, a trade exhibition will feature companies such as Fraunhofer IOF, LASOS Lasertechnik GmbH, and AIM Micro Systems GmbH. The event runs concurrently with the Rapid.tech 3D fair for additive manufacturing, creating potential synergies for attendees and exhibitors.
