Quiddity Engineering Relocates Lakeland Office to Support Growth Along I-4 Corridor
Quiddity Engineering has moved its Lakeland office to larger facilities along Florida's I-4 corridor. The relocation addresses the region's rapid population growth and increasing infrastructure demands.

Quiddity Engineering, a provider of engineering, surveying, and infrastructure solutions, has opened a larger office in downtown Lakeland. The move aims to meet the demands driven by rapid development in Central Florida.
Polk County is leading the state in population growth, according to the Florida Chamber of Commerce. Quiddity Engineering's new, expanded office is strategically situated along the vital I-4 Corridor, connecting Tampa and Orlando. This location facilitates collaboration with local organizations, municipalities, and private clients.
The firm, which initially established its Lakeland presence in Fall 2024, has moved into more spacious quarters to accommodate its growing team and rising regional demand. The Lakeland office works in tandem with Quiddity's Tampa regional office, ensuring streamlined access to engineering and surveying services, as well as local regulatory expertise for all of Central Florida.
"Central Florida is at the epicenter of the state's dynamic growth, and we are thrilled to expand our footprint here," said Clayton Black, CEO of Quiddity. "By strategically positioning our Lakeland and Tampa offices along the I-4 Corridor, we are uniquely equipped to support regional growth and infrastructure upgrades."
The new Lakeland office, located at 204 E. Orange Street, Suite 102, is fully operational and prepared to support upcoming residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects.
