Rabbit, the company known for its R1 device, has introduced a new cloud-based AI agent named OS3. This new system is designed to function without requiring proprietary hardware and is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
OS3 reportedly runs in the cloud but can leverage local devices, files, and applications to complete tasks. A single user account allows for the connection of up to five devices, and users can also select their preferred AI models for operation. The system automatically identifies the necessary resources to fulfill a task.
In addition to being accessible through Rabbit's R1 device, the agent can also be used via a dedicated desktop application. It also integrates with popular messaging apps like Telegram and iMessage, enabling versatile use across different platforms.
The new OS3 aims to broaden the accessibility of Rabbit's AI services, independent of its physical hardware, thereby meeting user needs more flexibly.
