Dutch financial institution Rabobank and AI solutions provider Expert.ai have renewed and expanded their partnership, building on a collaboration that started in 2018. The agreement aims to enhance trusted AI innovation within the financial services industry, where regulatory compliance and data governance are critical.
Rabobank will continue to utilize Expert.ai's EidenAI Suite, which employs a hybrid AI approach combining natural language understanding, knowledge graphs, machine learning, and large language models within a governable, multi-agent framework. This method is designed to enable advanced AI capabilities while maintaining transparency and explainability, key requirements for banking and finance.
The partnership focuses on leveraging AI for various financial operations, including customer screening, financial crime detection, anti-money laundering initiatives, and automation of customer service and document processing. Expert.ai emphasizes its hybrid neuro-symbolic AI approach, grounded in over 30 years of experience in regulated industries.
