Rackspace Technology Faces Securities Fraud Lawsuit; Investors Can Lead Case
A shareholder rights law firm has reminded investors of a class action lawsuit against Rackspace Technology concerning alleged violations of securities laws.

Rackspace Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: RXT), a provider of distributed cloud solutions, is facing a class action lawsuit. Law firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP (SBS) announced on August 6, 2026, that investors have an opportunity to lead the litigation over alleged violations of securities laws.
The lawsuit claims that Rackspace Technology violated Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, alleging that statements made to the company's investors were misleading. According to the press release, the class period for the lawsuit covers investments made between May 12, 2021, and July 25, 2023.
SBS is seeking lead plaintiff(s) for the action. Investors who purchased RXT securities during the specified period and wish to serve as lead plaintiff are encouraged to contact the firm. Serving as lead plaintiff can allow an investor greater influence over the litigation's direction.
The litigation is in its early stages, and the outcome remains uncertain. Rackspace Technology has not yet issued a public statement regarding the lawsuit.
