Renton, Washington – Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT) has acquired the Dallas operations of Whitacre Logistics. The acquisition strengthens Radiant Logistics' intermodal and over-the-road brokerage capabilities, particularly in key Southern U.S. markets.
As part of the transaction, Jeff Vielhaber, formerly CEO of Whitacre Logistics, will lead network development efforts for Radiant Logistics' Road & Rail division. His role will focus on executing the company's growth strategies within its transportation services sector.
Radiant Logistics offers technology-enabled global logistics services, aiming to expand its service portfolio and geographic reach through strategic acquisitions. The integration of the Dallas operations is intended to support this expansion objective.
