Rally Launches Employee Advocacy Platform to Measure Recruiting Outcomes

Rally announced on September 29, 2026, the launch of its "Employee Advocacy by Rally Inside™" platform, aimed at transforming how talent acquisition teams leverage employee voices for measurable recruiting strategies. The Boston-based company stated the solution integrates personalized employee content, data-driven social recruiting, and recruitment marketing attribution.

The platform focuses on enabling employees to share their authentic perspectives, which Rally's research indicates is significantly more effective than simply resharing company content. According to Rally's data, original employee content on LinkedIn receives 81% more impressions and 333% more reactions compared to reposts of corporate material. The system utilizes AI to help employees generate content that reflects their unique voice and employs "SmartWords™" intelligence to optimize post reach.

"Simply asking employees to share company content doesn't work anymore," said Lori Sylvia, Rally's founder and CEO. "Modern employee advocacy is a Recruitment Marketing strategy, not a corporate promotion channel. When employees are empowered to share their own perspectives, they expand the reach and credibility of the employer brand and influence how candidates discover and perceive the organization."

Since 2021, Rally Inside has been used by over 2,700 professionals to create, execute, and measure talent attraction strategies. The new advocacy solution tracks the candidate journey from an employee's social post through to application and hire, allowing talent acquisition teams to measure the ROI of their employee advocacy efforts alongside other recruitment marketing initiatives. Rally is also hosting a webinar on November 11, 2026, to discuss the future of employee advocacy amid advancements in AI and social media.
