Ramaco Resources and Indium Corporation Sign Memorandum of Understanding

Ramaco Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: METC, METCB) announced today that it has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Indium Corporation concerning the supply of gallium and germanium. The purpose of the agreement is to secure supplies for Ramaco's planned processing facility.

The MOU is linked to Ramaco's plans to establish a new facility in Kentucky for the processing of coal-based metals. Gallium and germanium are strategically important metals for the electronics and semiconductor industries, and their domestic production has become an increasingly important priority in the United States.

Indium Corporation is a known company in material science and technology, offering a wide range of materials for the electronics, semiconductor, and solar energy industries. This collaboration is expected to support U.S. efforts to strengthen the domestic supply chain for critical minerals.

According to Ramaco CEO Ben Raman, the MOU represents a significant step in the company's growth strategy. Final contract terms will be determined later as negotiations progress. The company is also continuing negotiations with other potential partners.
