RapidClaims Seeks $30 Million Funding Round at $200 Million Valuation

RapidClaims, an AI-focused SaaS provider for the healthcare sector, is in discussions to raise $30 million in a Series B funding round. Reports suggest WestBridge Capital is leading the investment, which would value the startup at approximately $200 million. Existing backers Accel and Together Fund are also expected to participate in the round.

Founded in 2023, the company provides automated revenue cycle management software that integrates with existing electronic health record systems. Its platform assists hospitals and physician groups in medical coding, documentation, and the recovery of outstanding insurance claims, aiming to reduce manual administrative errors.

This potential funding follows an $8 million Series A round closed in April 2025. The company is currently scaling its operations, with development efforts underway for inpatient coding capabilities. The move reflects a broader trend of investor interest in AI-driven administrative automation within the US healthcare market.
