Rasmus Järborg assumed the role of CEO at Nordnet on April 1, 2026, taking over from Lars-Åke Norling, who is proposed for a new board position. The company simultaneously expanded its executive management team by four members and established a new business area focused on Wealth Management.
Järborg, who joined Nordnet in 2018 as Chief Product Officer and later became Deputy CEO, has been instrumental in developing the company's product offering across the Nordic region, including its website and app. His prior experience includes over a decade at SEB and nine years at UBS in London.
"I look forward to continuing to develop Nordnet and executing the strategy for its continued growth," Järborg stated. He highlighted ongoing initiatives such as the launch in Germany, the next generation of trading services, and the integration of AI.
The new Wealth Management division will encompass fund operations and Nordnet Fonder, led by Alexander Frick. The expanded executive team now includes Quincy Curry, Jakob Bergfeldt, Mattias Schyberg, and Alexander Frick alongside existing members responsible for finance, HR, communications, technology, and regional operations.
