The new 10-inch display features a resolution of 1920x1200 pixels and supports up to ten simultaneous touch inputs, an increase from the five-point touch capability of the smaller displays. It also provides an 85-degree viewing angle.
Designed for direct connection with Raspberry Pi boards, the Touch Display 2 series is intended for use in applications such as information kiosks, smart home control panels, portable devices, and DIY projects. The larger screen size is expected to offer developers more workspace for human-machine interface designs.
