Raytron OEM exhibits infrared cameras for industrial automation at VISION 2026
At the VISION 2026 trade fair in Stuttgart, Raytron OEM presented short- and long-wave infrared camera modules for industrial automation and machine vision applications.

STUTTGART, Germany – Raytron OEM showcased its latest short-wave infrared (SWIR) cameras and long-wave infrared (LWIR) thermal imaging modules at the VISION 2026 trade fair in Stuttgart, held from October 6-8. The company focused on presenting practical infrared components designed to assist local manufacturers and system integrators in optimizing their industrial automation and machine vision systems.
The exhibition featured practical demonstrations, including the differentiation of sugar and salt and the comparison of dry versus moist biscuit samples using SWIR cameras. These applications illustrated capabilities in material identification, food sorting, and moisture detection relevant to industrial processes.
Raytron OEM's NS-615AS-10GE SWIR camera model offers a 640 × 512 resolution with a 10GigE interface, supporting high-speed imaging up to 825 fps. Other showcased models, such as the NS-615A-GE-SWIR and NS-101L2-SWIR, provide various form factors and interface options for automated vision systems. For thermal imaging integration, the SE5 1280 module provides a 1280 × 1024 resolution in a compact design, while the WN2T series thermal modules offer non-contact temperature measurement.
Fushuai Liu, Head of Europe and Americas at Raytron, delivered a presentation on how infrared perception is shaping industrial machine vision in Europe. His talk addressed battery safety, process quality, and traceability within the context of the EU Battery Regulation. Liu outlined a three-stage thermal vision concept integrating hardware, data analysis, and control system integration. Application examples included the TN460U camera for lithium-ion battery safety testing and the TN430/TN460 online thermal cameras for die-casting mold temperature monitoring. Raytron OEM reaffirmed its commitment to supporting European industrial automation with infrared solutions tailored to local inspection and monitoring needs.
