Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) has completed its merger with Oklahoma City-based True Sky Federal Credit Union, expanding RBFCU's presence into Oklahoma. The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) approved the merger in May, with True Sky members voting in favor in August.

Effective October 1, 2026, the combined credit union will legally operate as RBFCU. The merged entity will serve over 1.1 million members and manage assets approaching $20 billion. "With this merger complete, RBFCU can further extend our mission to improve our members' economic well-being and quality of life," said RBFCU President/CEO Mark Sekula.

The merger brings together two organizations with over 70 years of combined service history. RBFCU plans to integrate True Sky's systems and operations over the next year to enhance member services and financial products for members in the greater Oklahoma City area.

RBFCU, founded in 1952, is a full-service financial cooperative with over $19.6 billion in assets, serving members across Texas and Oklahoma.
