The strategic location provides food and beverage manufacturers, perishable e-commerce companies, and food importers with faster access to the densely populated corridor stretching from New York City to Washington D.C. The facility features over 30 dock doors to manage high-volume inbound and outbound shipments and is connected to major highway networks including I-95, I-78, and I-80.
The East Hanover facility is part of a broader regional expansion for RealCold Manager LLC, with full operations expected by summer 2026. The company offers specialized cold chain services, including handling frozen goods like ice cream at temperatures as low as -15°F, dedicated e-commerce fulfillment, and fast national shipping. RealCold Manager LLC also emphasizes personalized customer service with dedicated representatives for each client.
RealCold Manager LLC holds Good Distribution Practice (GDP) certification at two of its facilities and is pursuing Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification.
