Rebellion Capital initiates written procedure for bond terms amendment
Rebellion Capital AB has reached an agreement with bondholders representing approximately 40 percent of its senior secured bonds regarding changes to the terms and conditions. The company has initiated a written procedure to obtain bondholder approval.

Rebellion Capital AB (publ) has reached an agreement with bondholders representing approximately 40 percent of the Adjusted Nominal Amount concerning amendments to the terms and conditions of the Company's outstanding senior secured callable floating rate bonds totaling MSEK 600, within a framework of MSEK 1,000 (ISIN SE0023113790).
The company has consequently requested Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (the Agent) to issue a notice of a written procedure. This procedure aims to gather the bondholders' consent for the proposed changes to the bond agreement.
The written procedure allows for decisions to be made without convening a physical meeting of bondholders, provided sufficient consent is obtained. This method is often used when a significant portion of bondholders has already agreed to the proposed terms.
The bonds in question are senior secured callable floating rate instruments. The company has not disclosed the specific reasons for seeking these amendments or the exact nature of the changes proposed in the documentation for the written procedure.
