Red Desert game adds cross-platform save functionality
Developer Pearl Abyss has released an update for the game Red Desert, introducing cross-platform save capabilities. Players can now continue their game progress across different devices.

Pearl Abyss has launched an update for its game Red Desert, enabling cross-platform save functionality. This new feature allows players to seamlessly continue their game progress across various platforms, including PlayStation 5, Xbox, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
The update, version 1.14.00, supports a single save file that can be utilized across different systems. Players can set this up by logging into their respective platform accounts and linking them to their Pearl Abyss ID through the game's storage menu.
However, Mac users will have to wait for this feature. Cross-platform saving is not currently supported on the macOS platform, though Pearl Abyss has stated plans to introduce support in future updates.
In addition to the cross-platform saves, the update also addresses several other issues and includes bug fixes. These range from resolving problems with quest completion, character animations, and in-game sound effects to fixing various localization errors across different languages.
