ReDEFY Delivers "Built Before the Meeting" Salesforce Platforms for State Licensing Agencies

ReDEFY, a Salesforce consulting partner, has extended its "Built Before the Meeting" initiative to state professional licensing. The company has constructed functional Salesforce licensing platforms for three states, covering both health and non-health professions, based on each state's specific statutes, rules, and public forms, prior to seeking engagement with these agencies.

State licensing agencies play a critical role in workforce mobility and matching employers with available positions. Professions ranging from real estate agents to nurses rely on these bodies for initial licensure and renewals. However, many agencies operate on legacy systems that are not suited for modern digital demands. ReDEFY leverages publicly available information, such as enabling statutes and application forms, to build tailored platforms using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions. These platforms are designed to handle online applications, verification processes, renewals, fee collection, and complaint management.

"A licensing agency should not have to explain its own statute to a vendor. It is already written down and published. We read it, we review their website and forms, and then build it on Salesforce, and then we ask for the meeting," stated Manosh Chakravorty, Co-Founder and CEO of ReDEFY. This initiative follows ReDEFY's earlier launch of environmental health builds for California counties in September 2026.
