Redland Company and City Engineering Partner on Sitework Services
The Redland Company and City Engineering Contractors have formed a strategic partnership to offer comprehensive sitework and utility services across the South Florida market.

The Redland Company and City Engineering Contractors, LLC (CEC) have entered into a strategic partnership to deliver a full range of sitework and utility services across the South Florida market. This alliance aims to address a gap in the regional construction industry by providing a single source for both mass earthwork and high-density urban site utilities.
The partnership will allow the firms to undertake projects of various scales, from large industrial sites spanning 100 acres to compact footprints for high-rise buildings in urban centers. With a combined workforce exceeding 330 employees and a substantial fleet of company-owned heavy equipment, the joint entity positions itself as one of the most resource-rich contractors in the region.
The Redland Company, an infrastructure contractor founded in 1957, specializes in self-performing clearing, excavation, and civil construction across several counties. CEC brings a decade of expertise in underground utilities, roadwork, and site concrete, particularly for the dense urban environments of Miami and Broward counties.
This collaboration marks a significant development in the South Florida subcontracting landscape, enabling both companies to scale their operations while retaining specialized expertise for complex civil engineering projects. Both firms will continue to operate under their existing names and leadership structures to ensure continuity for their current client base.
