RedMagic Expands Service Network to 68 Locations
RedMagic gaming phones have expanded their authorized service network to 68 locations across China. The company announced that the network is under continuous expansion.
RedMagic, Nubia's gaming phone brand, has officially announced an increase in the coverage of its authorized service centers and after-sales outlets. The network now comprises a total of 68 service points throughout China.
In line with its expansion strategy, RedMagic continues to grow its service network, indicating a commitment to enhancing customer support within the gaming phone market. A previous update in December 2023 reported 66 such outlets across 62 cities.
The RedMagic series, first launched in 2018, is a sub-brand of Nubia. The expansion of physical service locations aims to bolster customer support and accessibility for its gaming-focused devices, aligning with the company's broader goals for user experience enhancement.
