Redmi Note 17 Pro Update Launched With New Storage Options
Redmi has released an updated version of its Note 17 Pro smartphone, focusing on new storage configurations and color options. The core hardware remains unchanged.
Chinese technology firm Redmi has launched an updated iteration of its smartphone, the Redmi Note 17 Pro "Refreshed Edition." This new model prioritizes offering consumers more flexible storage configurations and fresh color choices, while its core hardware and performance specifications remain consistent with the original release. Initial sales periods include discounts, bringing the starting price down to 1399 yuan.
The refreshed edition introduces two new colorways: "Flowing Sand Orange" and "Energetic Green," which join the previously available black. Storage options have been expanded to include three configurations: 6GB+256GB, 8GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB. This provides a broader range of choices compared to the initial model's offerings.
Internally, the device's specifications are unchanged. The Redmi Note 17 Pro Refreshed Edition continues to be powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor, features a 9000mAh battery with 67W fast charging, and sports a 50-megapixel main rear camera. The phone, originally released in July, boasts a 6.83-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3500 nits.
Durability features include Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. This updated model aims to appeal to consumers seeking more customization in terms of storage and aesthetics without compromising the device's established capabilities.
