The upcoming device is strongly rumored to be part of the Redmi K100 series. A promotional poster for the event features the term "Lord of the Demons," fueling speculation about the new device's capabilities. While official model names remain unconfirmed, previous leaks and certifications have pointed towards support for 100W wired fast charging.
Details circulating about the Redmi K100 series suggest a powerful configuration. Reports indicate the device will be powered by a Snapdragon 8E5 dual-chip platform, feature a 185Hz high refresh rate flat display, and house a battery exceeding 8000mAh. The camera system is expected to include a significant 200MP primary sensor. Additionally, rumors mention 50W wireless charging, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint technology, and water resistance.
Further leaks suggest the Redmi K100 series might be tested with batteries around 10000mAh capacity, pointing to extended battery life. The series is anticipated to launch in two display sizes: a larger "Pro Max" version packed with top-tier specifications and a slightly smaller "Pro" variant that still inherits core functionalities and is described as a well-rounded device.
