Reed Overfelt Appointed CEO of Isolated Networks
Isolated Networks has named Reed Overfelt as its new Chief Executive Officer. He will lead the commercial expansion of the company's StealthFusion secure connectivity platform.

EAGAN, Minn. โ October 13, 2026 โ Isolated Networks announced Tuesday that Reed Overfelt has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Overfelt will spearhead the commercial expansion of the company's StealthFusion secure connectivity platform. Co-founder and current CEO Mark Feil will transition to the role of Chief Strategy Officer, focusing on strategic growth initiatives.
Overfelt brings a track record of leading five software companies to profitable growth. His experience includes scaling recurring revenue, building leadership teams, and executing go-to-market strategies. At Isolated Networks, he will prioritize expanding distribution through strategic partners and driving enterprise adoption.
"StealthFusion combines just-in-time authorization with just-in-time connectivity," Feil stated. "Protected resources become reachable only when access is authorized. This approach addresses a growing challenge as connected devices, cloud workloads, and autonomous AI agents initiate more interactions without a human in the loop."
Overfelt stated, "The more connected the world becomes, the more consequential it is to control what can be reached and when. StealthFusion gives us a compelling foundation. My focus is to make it easy for partners to deliver, customers to adopt, and the company to scale. Our ambition is to make every connected device secure by default."
The company's growth strategy involves embedding StealthFusion into the connectivity and infrastructure services enterprises already use. By collaborating with partners that serve large populations of devices and enterprise resources, Isolated Networks aims to extend its reach and simplify adoption for its customers.
