Rejlers AB Reports 9.4% Net Sales Increase for Second Quarter 2026
Technical consultancy company Rejlers AB reported a 9.4% increase in net sales for the second quarter, reaching SEK 1,313.6 million. Organic growth was recorded at 1.5%.
Technical consultancy firm Rejlers AB saw its net sales rise by 9.4% in the second quarter of 2026, amounting to SEK 1,313.6 million, compared to SEK 1,200.4 million in the same period last year. Organic sales growth, excluding currency effects, stood at 1.5%, a decrease from 5.7% in the prior year.
Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITA) saw a slight increase to SEK 82.1 million from SEK 81.6 million. However, the EBITA margin declined to 6.3% from 6.8% during the comparative period.
The EBITA was negatively impacted by SEK 6 million due to an extraordinary recruitment of approximately 125 employees within the Buildings division in Sweden. Operating profit (EBIT) was SEK 53.8 million, down from SEK 61.3 million. This decrease was partly due to acquisition expenses totaling SEK –6.8 million.
Net financial items amounted to SEK –9.9 million. The company's performance reflects ongoing investments in personnel and strategic acquisitions impacting short-term profitability.
