RentoMojo Lists on Stock Exchange With Nearly 19% Premium
Furniture and appliance rental startup RentoMojo made a strong stock market debut, with its shares listing at a premium of nearly 19% over the IPO issue price.

Furniture and appliance rental startup RentoMojo debuted on the stock market with its shares listing at a premium of nearly 19% above the initial public offering (IPO) price. The stock opened at ₹482.45 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), a 19.42% increase from its issue price of ₹404, and ₹480 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), an 18.81% rise.
The strong listing followed substantial demand for RentoMojo's ₹1,256 crore IPO, which was subscribed 72.88 times. Ahead of the public offering, the company raised ₹376.1 crore from 41 anchor investors by allotting shares at the IPO price.
Founded in 2014, RentoMojo operates a subscription-based platform for renting furniture, appliances, and other household items. As of March 2026, the startup reported approximately 250,000 active subscribers and 850,000 items across its offerings.
RentoMojo's operating revenue increased by 45.5% to ₹387 crore in the fiscal year 2026, compared to ₹266 crore in the previous year. Profit after tax surged by nearly 142% year-over-year to ₹104.3 crore. Co-founder and CEO Geetansh Bamania reportedly cashed out approximately ₹34.3 crore through share sales during the IPO. RentoMojo becomes India's first listed furniture and appliance rental startup.
