RepFlex introduces weighted training gloves for soccer goalkeepers
RepFlex Goalkeeping has unveiled the REACT glove line, which integrates weighted resistance into soccer goalkeeping equipment to facilitate concurrent physical and technical training.
Colorado-based firm RepFlex Goalkeeping is entering the market with REACT, a line of weighted training gloves designed for soccer goalkeepers. Utilizing a proprietary system called RFX-6 CORE, the gloves incorporate flexible weight distribution across the fingers, backhand, and wrist to provide resistance during standard training drills.
While goalkeeper gloves have traditionally focused on grip and hand protection, the REACT design aims to bridge the gap between technical skill drills and physical conditioning. The manufacturer reports that the gloves allow for unrestricted movement, enabling keepers to perform dives, catches, and distribution with added physical demand.
Preorders for the REACT collection are scheduled to begin on November 11, 2026. The company suggests that the equipment be integrated gradually into existing training programs to maintain mechanical precision while increasing strength and power.
