Reply and AWS Expand Strategic Collaboration on Generative AI

IT services company Reply announced in March 2025 a multi-year strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate innovations in Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).

The collaboration aims to enable businesses worldwide to leverage AI's power through advanced cloud infrastructure and AI-driven capabilities. Reply, through its companies Data Reply and Storm Reply, and AWS intend to create vertical solutions that increase process efficiency and productivity. They will utilize AWS AI services, including Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Q, to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure GenAI applications.

Reply has a long-standing relationship with AWS, achieving the AWS Machine Learning Competency in 2020 and the AWS Generative AI Competency in 2024. The company was also among the first to gain preview access to Amazon Bedrock in 2023.

Filippo Rizzante, CTO at Reply, stated that the collaboration merges AWS technology with Reply's AI expertise. "Our combined efforts will deliver transformative solutions to our clients and underscore our commitment to helping organizations stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape," Rizzante said.

Reply aims to help its customers adopt AI at scale securely and efficiently using AWS services. The partnership is expected to speed up the deployment of AI applications and bring significant business advantages across various industries.
