Reply Expands in UK by Acquiring Digital Transformation Firm Solirius
IT consultancy Reply has acquired UK-based digital transformation specialist Solirius, which focuses on the public sector. The deal strengthens Reply's position in the British market.
IT consultancy Reply has expanded its presence in the United Kingdom with the acquisition of Solirius, a UK-based firm specializing in digital transformation for the government sector.
Established in London in 2007, Solirius provides consultancy services aimed at redefining work practices and business processes to be more customer-centric and sustainable. The company combines expertise ranging from data architecture design to the development and implementation of new digital services.
With a strong focus on software development, agile delivery, artificial intelligence, and data management, Solirius works with leading UK government agencies. Key clients include HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS), Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office Services (FCDOS), the Department for Education (DfE), and Building Digital UK (BDUK).
The acquisition is part of Reply's international growth strategy, particularly in the UK market. Reply already has offices in London and Manchester and serves major groups in the retail, financial services, and transportation sectors.
Mario Rizzante, Chairman of Reply, noted Solirius's entrepreneurial drive and focus on technological innovation. The move aims to strengthen Reply's position in the UK, concentrating on digital transformation projects for the government.
