This strategic move aims to recalibrate the ECB's digital marketing efforts in response to growing privacy concerns and the impending obsolescence of third-party cookies.

As the digital advertising landscape shifts towards greater user privacy, platforms like Facebook are introducing new tools such as the Conversion API. For the ECB, this initiative is crucial for maintaining strong audience relationships and attracting younger demographics previously less engaged with cricket.

Threepipe Reply, specialists in data, search, media, PR, creative, and technology, has been working with the ECB for over five years. Their collaboration focuses on improving campaign planning and measuring effectiveness against core business metrics to ensure optimal return on investment.

The ECB utilizes Facebook and Instagram across its various divisions, including domestic and international fixtures, grassroots engagement, and "The Hundred" tournament.
