Reply launches Agent 365 for regulated industries
Reply has released Agent 365, extending Microsoft's governance and security tools to AI agents. The solution aims to support compliance for healthcare and financial services sectors.

Reply has introduced Agent 365, a solution designed to help regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services navigate the increasing demands of AI implementation. Agent 365 extends existing Microsoft tools to encompass the functionalities of AI agents, ensuring adherence to identity, audit, and security requirements.
The new solution addresses concerns surrounding the speed, traceability, and potential for misuse of AI agents within regulated environments. While AI agents can operate efficiently, they present similar challenges to human employees but at a faster pace and with less discernible trails. Agent 365 seeks to resolve these issues by integrating agents into Microsoft's established governance frameworks.
Agent 365 ensures that every action performed by an AI agent is transparently logged in Microsoft Purview's audit log. This includes detailing who or what agent acted, under what authority, and what data was processed. The solution also supports robust identity management, where each agent is assigned a unique identifier and is subject to access control policies, similar to human users.
Furthermore, Agent 365 considers data residency and security requirements, enabling features like the EU Data Boundary and sovereign cloud services. It also facilitates rapid response to security incidents, allowing for quarantining and investigation in the same manner as other systems.
The goal of Reply's Agent 365 solution is to enable secure AI adoption in sectors with stringent regulations, such as healthcare's HIPAA requirements and the financial sector's FINRA and SEC regulations. This assists organizations in ensuring that the use of AI agents is auditable and compliant with legislation.
