IT services company Reply is participating in SIGGRAPH 2024, the premier conference on computer graphics and interactive techniques, held from July 28 to August 1, 2024, in Denver, Colorado.
The company will present Futura, a digital tour expert deployed on Costa Crociere's cruise ship, Costa Smeralda. Futura utilizes 3D modeling and generative AI to provide passengers with personalized recommendations for destinations and activities.
Reply's collaboration with NVIDIA is central to Futura's development. On July 31, Reply will host a session titled "Meet Futura: Costa Crociere's Digital Tour Expert Revolutionizing Customer Experiences with AI." Roberto Del Ponte and Rene Schulte from Reply will demonstrate how Futura enhances customer experience and business decision-making by employing Affective Computing for emotion recognition.
Futura will also be featured in the NVIDIA Innovation Zone from July 30 to August 1. Here, Reply experts will provide live demonstrations of Futura's capabilities and the underlying AI technologies, including NVIDIA ACE components.
