中科曙光 Reports Significant Profit Growth in Q3 2026

Chinese IT firm 中科曙光 has announced its preliminary financial results for the third quarter of 2026. The company reported a net profit attributable to the parent company of 1.72 billion yuan (approximately $235 million USD), marking a significant year-on-year increase of 78.48%.

Total revenue for the period reached 12.24 billion yuan (approximately $1.68 billion USD), up 38.75% compared to the same quarter last year. Net profit after deducting non-recurring items also saw a substantial rise of 105.27%, reaching 1.56 billion yuan.

中科曙光 attributes this performance to a strong market demand for computing power within China, leading to increased sales of its high-end IT equipment. The company also highlighted the positive impact of sales from its higher-margin software products, which contributed to an improved overall gross profit margin.

The company specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of high-performance computing systems, storage, security products, and data center solutions. It is also actively developing its digital infrastructure and intelligent computing businesses.
