ResiDesk Intelligence connects conversations with prospects and residents with existing property, financial, and operational data. This context is then utilized across various business functions, including marketing, asset management, and property operations. The platform includes pre-built analysts tailored to the specific needs of each function.
The Lease Audit feature allows for a monthly review of every lease against property management system data. This review considers both standard rules and customer-specific requirements, which can be updated in plain language. If any issues arise, the AI assistant, Sarah, can manage communication with residents.
ResiDesk has also launched Voice AI for Leasing, a service that provides 24/7 responses to prospective customer calls, offering information on availability and pricing, and booking tours directly into the property's calendar.
