Resolve and Carahsoft Partner on Automation Platform for Regulated Industries
Resolve, an IT automation company, and Carahsoft have partnered to extend Resolve's AI-powered platform to regulated industries and the public sector through Carahsoft's distribution network.
Resolve, a company specializing in agentic automation and orchestration, has announced a strategic partnership with Carahsoft Technology Corp. This collaboration aims to make Resolve's unified AI platform accessible to regulated industries and the public sector.
Carahsoft will serve as a primary distributor for Resolve, leveraging its network of over 10,000 resellers, system integrators, and consulting partners. This move will provide organizations in sectors such as healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and government with a direct path to deploy Resolve's automation capabilities.
Resolve's platform has demonstrated significant improvements for its users, including reductions in ticket volume by up to 90%, a 70% ticket deflection rate within 90 days, and a decrease in Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR) from minutes to seconds. The company also reports a potential 70% reduction in ITSM total cost of ownership.
