Resonant Clinical Solutions Acquires Labfish to Expand European Operations

Resonant Clinical Solutions, a global clinical solutions partner serving life science organizations, has announced the acquisition of Germany-based Labfish Rental Solutions GmbH and its U.S. and UK subsidiaries. This move expands Resonant's global footprint in the equipment and ancillaries (E&A) segment, particularly in Europe, and enhances its capability to support increasingly complex clinical trial programs worldwide.

Headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, Labfish specializes in the rental and calibration of clinical and laboratory equipment. The company offers a wide inventory of devices, including scales, freezers, and monitors, alongside calibration expertise. Labfish also provides Import/Export of Record (IOR/EOR) services and direct-to-patient logistics, serving clinical trial sites in over 70 countries through a network of partner depots.

It brings significant technical expertise and services to Europe, supporting the expansion of clients' development programs.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Resonant Clinical Solutions provides services across the clinical supply chain and sample lifecycle for life science organizations.
