Resonant Clinical Solutions Acquires Labfish to Expand Global Operations

Resonant Clinical Solutions, a global partner in clinical solutions, announced its acquisition of German company Labfish rental solutions GmbH and its US and UK subsidiaries. This move expands Resonant's Equipment & Accessories business unit's reach in Europe and incorporates specialized expertise for global clinical trials.

Labfish, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, offers a wide range of laboratory equipment for rent, including scales, freezers, refrigerators, and infusion pumps. The company also provides Official Importer/Exporter (IOR/EOR) services and advanced logistics management. Labfish partners with warehouses in Argentina, Israel, Turkey, and China, supplying trial sites in over 70 countries. Founded in 2014, Labfish is ISO 9001 certified and operates one of Europe's largest in-house calibration centers for clinical trials.

The increasing complexity of clinical trial programs necessitates specialized equipment and calibration support. The acquisition of Labfish complements Resonant's existing E&A business, offering clients robust capabilities and technical expertise in Europe as their development programs scale. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
