IT consultancy Syskoplan Reply has completed the implementation of a new cloud-based customer experience solution for Revello, a prominent Italian company that provides services to dental professionals. The solution is built on the SAP C/4HANA platform and aims to enhance Revello's sales network efficiency and boost sales performance.
Founded in 1945 in Verona, Revello has expanded from a single shop to a national entity. The company sought to improve its customer insights and equip its sales force with advanced tools. Key objectives included streamlining customer information management and transforming data into tangible sales opportunities, necessitating a CRM system that offered actionable insights for sales representatives.
Syskoplan Reply was selected as the implementation partner to deploy the SAP C/4HANA solution. The project utilized an agile methodology, structured into four phases that concluded within 10–15 weeks. This approach focused on leveraging SAP's standard functionalities with minimal customization, ensuring a rapid deployment and cost-effectiveness.
The implemented solution integrates customer data from various sources, including basic profiles, sales history, support interactions, and financial transactions, into a unified platform. This created a comprehensive 360-degree customer view accessible to the sales and support teams. A subsequent phase introduced a customer potential analysis tool, enabling sales representatives to measure performance against client potential and refine their engagement strategies.
