reventix and ANC Upgrade IT Solutions for Real Estate Firm

IT service provider ANC, a partner of reventix since 2014, has collaborated on numerous projects with the company over nearly 10 years. Their most recent joint effort involved the IT and communication system upgrade for a real estate management firm undergoing a merger, impacting over 200 employees.

ANC, which specializes in IT, servers, and cloud solutions, handled the complex task of migrating the legacy on-premise phone system of Albrecht Gebrüder to reventix's cloud-based platform. This transition was prompted by the company's merger with Quest Property Management and the need to integrate their operations and numerous user requirements.

The project aimed to ensure seamless communication for all staff, including field employees needing mobile accessibility via their office numbers and office staff requiring features like call queues and voicemail. A significant finding during the process was the presence of long-unused phone lines in the acquired company, highlighting the need for a comprehensive system overhaul.

An unexpected change occurred when the client decided to postpone the physical consolidation of their two office locations shortly before the planned move. Despite this adjustment, ANC had pre-provisioned the necessary hardware, allowing for a flexible continuation of the project. The upgrade ensures continued connectivity and operational efficiency for the newly merged entity.
