Berlin, Germany – reventix GmbH, a provider of cloud telephony services, announced in November 2023 the availability of a new integration module designed to connect its virtual telephone system with customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This development aims to streamline data management and enhance customer communication by embedding call-related information directly into business software.
The integration, developed in collaboration with Phonemondo, allows businesses to centralize and monitor call data, conversation notes, and overall customer interaction history within their existing CRM or ERP platforms. The real-time data transfer from the telephony system to the business software enables immediate analysis of call traffic and communication patterns.
Key features of the integration include a live dashboard providing real-time insights into call volume, duration, and connected parties. The system also generates various reports and statistics, allowing for detailed analysis of company-wide telephony usage. This data can help businesses optimize staffing for peak call times and improve overall communication efficiency. Customer records in CRM can be enriched with call logs and notes for a more comprehensive view of client interactions.
