reventix integrates phone system with Microsoft Teams
Berlin-based reventix GmbH has launched an integration for its cloud phone system with Microsoft Teams. The new feature makes all of reventix's over 150 phone functions available to Teams users without additional costs or separate subscriptions.
reventix GmbH, a Berlin-based provider of cloud telephony services, has introduced an integration linking its virtual phone system with Microsoft Teams. The announcement was made on November 8, 2022.
This integration allows reventix customers to utilize all of the company's more than 150 cloud telephony functions directly within the Microsoft Teams platform. Features such as call routing, waiting queues, and call groups are included without the need for extra charges or complex subscription models.
"Our model is simple: We want all our customers to be able to use all the functions of the virtual phone system. Therefore, they do not need to book any additional functions with us. This naturally also applies to the Microsoft Teams integration," said Bastian Schern, CEO of reventix.
The integration enables customers to make and receive calls to national and international networks through Microsoft Teams. Setup is described as straightforward, with customers able to connect their existing Teams account via the reventix customer portal. Users can choose to perform the setup themselves or have it handled by one of reventix's service partners across Germany.
Founded in 2005, reventix GmbH offers cloud-based telephony solutions. The company emphasizes 'Made in Germany' security and operates a climate-friendly initiative, planting a tree for each new customer annually.
