Revive Health and FitOn Health merge to form AI-powered engagement platform
Revive Health and FitOn Health have combined operations to integrate consumer health engagement with clinical care services for employers.

Revive Health and FitOn Health have announced a merger to create a unified platform focused on employer-sponsored healthcare. The combined entity serves more than 25 million members across 4,000 organizations, positioning itself to address the common industry challenge of underutilized employee health benefits.
The platform integrates daily wellness tracking, such as fitness and nutrition, with clinical services including primary care, pharmacy, and behavioral health. Central to this integration is the "Ask Revive AI" assistant, which provides personalized navigation, appointment scheduling, and health advice, aiming to move patients toward preventive care before medical issues escalate.
John Lufburrow, CEO of Revive, stated that the merger is intended to improve health outcomes by making care more accessible and proactive. While FitOn Health will continue to operate as a standalone option for current clients, the company plans to focus its near-term roadmap on accelerating the development of its AI-powered navigation and clinical workflow tools.
