Rexel Shuffles Executive Committee and Appoints New US Leadership
Electrical supply distributor Rexel has announced a reshuffle of its executive committee, with Roger Little named as the new CEO for the United States.

Rexel has announced a series of changes to its group executive committee, headlined by the appointment of Roger Little as CEO of Rexel USA and lead of the USA-Canada cluster, effective December 18, 2023. Little, who has led Rexel Canada since 2014, succeeds Brad Paulsen, who is departing the company.
Jeffrey Moyle, an eight-year veteran of the company’s Canadian division, will succeed Little as CEO of Rexel Canada. Moyle’s previous roles within the firm included oversight of cable, utility, and digital operations.
The broader executive committee reorganization takes effect on January 1, 2024, under the direction of group CEO Guillaume Texier. The move aligns with the firm's ongoing 'Power Up 2025' growth strategy, which focuses on profitability and market share expansion in the electrical materials sector.
