St. Louis – Rezilient Health, a tech-enabled primary and specialty care company, has announced the promotion of Ben Wilson to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Wilson, who joined Rezilient in 2023, has held the positions of Senior Vice President of Finance, Treasurer, and Chief of Staff.
In his new role as CFO, Wilson will oversee the company's financial strategy as it continues to expand its hybrid CloudClinic model nationwide. Rezilient Health's model combines in-person clinical support with remote physicians and connected diagnostic technology to offer same-day access to comprehensive care, aiming to eliminate traditional barriers like copays, deductibles, and long wait times.
The company delivers employer-sponsored primary and specialty care, providing patients with immediate access to services. This approach is designed to reduce the total cost of care while enhancing accessibility.
Prior to his tenure at Rezilient, Wilson held senior finance and value-based care leadership roles at companies including Babylon and Centene. Danish Nagda, MD, Founder and CEO of Rezilient Health, stated that Wilson's promotion reflects his significant contributions to the company's growth and operational discipline.
