Rezolv Secures $12.5 Million for AI-Powered Lending Suite Expansion

Rezolv, an Indian startup specializing in AI-powered lending technology, has successfully closed a $12.5 million Series A funding round led by Norwest. The capital infusion is earmarked for strengthening the company's artificial intelligence capabilities throughout the entire lending lifecycle, encompassing sales, risk assessment, underwriting, and collections.

Founded in 2024 by former Kissht co-founders Sonali Jindal and Karan Mehta, Rezolv provides an AI-driven platform designed to assist banks, NBFCs, and other lenders in managing and automating their lending and debt collection workflows. The platform aims to optimize recovery rates, reduce costs, and boost productivity.

The company operates in a growing segment of fintech focused on automation for financial institutions. Rezolv competes with other debt collection technology startups such as Credgenics and DPDzero. The broader market is seeing increased investor interest as financial institutions increasingly adopt AI and automation tools to manage large loan portfolios and streamline collection processes. DPDzero, a competitor, raised $7 million last year for similar expansion efforts.

This Series A funding follows a $3.5 million seed round raised over a year ago. With the latest investment, Rezolv has now raised a total of $16 million. The company claims to serve over 22 banks and NBFCs and supports the collection process for more than 12 million loan accounts across India.
