Richie Bello Institute Completes Program to Place Veterans in Automotive Careers
The Richie Bello Institute of Leadership and Management has concluded a four-day program at Gettel Toyota in Bradenton, Florida, aimed at training and employing 28 veterans for automotive industry roles.

The Richie Bello Institute of Leadership and Management has completed its latest Veterans Placement Program, hosted by Gettel Toyota in Bradenton, Florida. The four-day event brought together 28 candidates seeking careers in the automotive sector.
The program aims to transition veterans into civilian employment by offering professional sales and leadership training, along with direct job opportunities at dealerships. Gettel Automotive has committed to interviewing and placing qualified graduates across its Sarasota-area dealerships. The company also pledged donations to the Institute for hires made through the program.
Training was provided by Career Changers, an automotive recruitment firm founded by Larry Feldman. Gettel has been a long-term client of Career Changers and recognized the potential of the Richie Bello Institute's initiative for its own dealer group and others nationwide.
"The automotive industry offers outstanding career paths, and programs like this connect highly motivated veterans with dealerships that value leadership, discipline, integrity, and a strong work ethic," said Richie Bello, Founder of the Richie Bello Institute.
The Institute plans to expand its workforce development programs beyond veterans to include other qualified candidates, addressing the industry's ongoing demand for skilled professionals in sales, customer service, and operations.
