Swedish real estate company Rikshem has reported positive financial developments in its interim report for the period of January to June 2026. The company's rental income rose to SEK 1,861 million, up from SEK 1,833 million in the same period last year. On a like-for-like basis, rental income increased by 1.9 percent.

Net operating income for the period totaled SEK 1,059 million, compared to SEK 1,023 million in the prior year. Income from property management improved to SEK 623 million, an increase from SEK 613 million previously.

Property investments during the reporting period amounted to SEK 634 million, up from SEK 621 million in the corresponding period of the previous year. The company characterized the most recent quarter and the entire first half of the year as positive, citing new long-term leases for public-use properties and a legally effective zoning plan in Lund as contributing factors to the performance.
