Rillion Automates Accounts Payable Using AI
Rillion's AI-driven platform digitizes the invoice-to-payment process for finance teams, aiming to reduce errors and speed up closing cycles.

Rillion, a technology provider, has introduced an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to automate the accounts payable (AP) process. The system aims to streamline financial operations by reducing manual data entry and enhancing accuracy for accounting departments.
The platform captures invoice data with over 90% accuracy, recommends general ledger coding, and automatically routes invoices for approval. Rillion's system integrates with more than 50 leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, providing a centralized view of AP across multiple entities.
This solution is targeted at mid-market finance teams handling high invoice volumes, particularly those managing multiple business units. It helps accelerate month-end closing procedures and improve visibility over company spending. The platform also features an AI assistant named Riley for natural language queries about invoices and workflows.
Rillion states the technology is designed to reduce errors and provide better spend analytics. By automating these functions, the company suggests finance teams can improve efficiency and scale operations without proportionally increasing headcount.
