Rillion Integrates Document Management into Prime Solution

Rillion has integrated document management capabilities directly into its Rillion Prime solution, enabling businesses to centralize the handling of all company documents, including invoices and expenses, without requiring additional software.

Matti Junttonen, Sales Director at Rillion, explained that the new module facilitates cloud-based digital archiving, enhancing security and accessibility from various locations. The functionality is designed to adapt to existing business processes, supporting both active and passive document workflows.

"There was a clear market need not only to make documents digital and searchable but also to link them with other applications to manage the entire process on a single platform," Junttonen stated. This integration reduces manual data transfer and allows for a more customized user experience.

Junttonen highlighted three key benefits: the flexibility for companies to build their own document management infrastructure, the ability to manage approval workflows directly within the system, and improved planning through reporting features. He also noted that a primary challenge is educating clients about the system's full potential and overcoming perceptions of increased workload with new software.
