AI startup Ringg AI has secured an additional $10 million in funding, bringing its total Series A round to $15.5 million. The round was led by Peak XV Partners.

Bengaluru - AI startup Ringg AI announced it has raised an additional $10 million, completing an extended Series A funding round totaling $15.5 million. The latest investment was led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from existing investors Arkam Ventures and Capital 2b.
This funding follows an initial $5.5 million Series A round closed in January. The company stated the new capital will be used to enhance its enterprise AI platform and expand its voice, WhatsApp, and browser agents.
Funds will also be directed towards developing proprietary AI models and its context graph, alongside accelerating go-to-market efforts in India and international markets. Ringg AI aims to scale its AI agents' conversational capabilities and market reach.
Founded in 2023, Ringg AI offers a no-code, multilingual voice AI orchestration platform. This enables enterprises to deploy AI voice bots for customer interactions, handling tasks such as customer support, lead qualification, and loan collections, potentially reducing reliance on traditional call centers.
