The company's shares were priced at HK$1.55 in its initial public offering, opening for trade at HK$1.54.
Founded by Wang Dongsheng, former chairman of BOE Technology Group, ESWIN Computing is expanding its focus beyond its established display chip business. The company aims to develop chip solutions for the automotive electronics, robotics, and artificial intelligence computing sectors.
ESWIN's product offerings encompass chips, chipsets, development boards, and associated software. The company stated that the Hong Kong listing is intended to support the further development of its chip portfolio and its integrated hardware-software platform, positioning it for growth in emerging technology markets.
