Rittal Appoints Mario De Marco as New Chief Sales Officer

Rittal has restructured its management team by reintroducing the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) role, appointing Mario De Marco to the position starting July 2025. The company stated this strategic move is intended to better serve its international customers and their specific local needs.

The system provider for hardware, software, and automation aims to bring its organization closer to its customers in increasingly fragmented markets. De Marco, an internal specialist with over two decades of experience in international customer business, joins the management team to lead these efforts.

"As the new CSO, Mario De Marco will ensure that the company, including its international sales subsidiaries, can fulfill this task close to customers and markets, even in times of increasing de-globalization."

In his previous role as Executive Vice President for International Market Management and International Subsidiary Management, De Marco achieved significant success and acted as a key interface between international sales companies, customers, and headquarters. Over his 23 years at Rittal, he has held various management positions in export and sales, contributing to international market development, dealer network expansion, and the establishment of multiple subsidiaries.
